About Us

Lone Star Surveys Pty Ltd is a small local company providing surface surveying services to the Eastern Goldfields Region. The company was formed in 2011 by Steve Leipold, a long-time resident of Kalgoorlie and WASM graduate.

Steve has over 30 years Mine Surveying experience and has held Senior Surveyor roles within various Western Australian mining companies during that time.

He holds a W.A. Mines Surveying Grade 1 Authorisation, W.A. Quarry Managers Certificate and CASA RPA Operators Certificate.
